Shipping
We are excited to announce that our Lash Supply business has partnered up with Australia Post for all of our shipping needs.
We can ensure that all of our orders are delivered securely to your front door.
Lashthetics Beauty Supplies offers ; Standard shipping, express shipping and National shipping. Free shipping is also an option for customers for orders over $200. Lashthetics Beauty Supplies also offers local pickup from our location. This will assist customers who require their purchases / products immediately or want to save on shipping costs.
Shipping costs and delivery times will depend on your location and time of purchase. The costs will be calculated by the weight of the products and the shipping method selected by the customer. Once your order has been processed and shipped - you will receive a confirmation email with further information.
Lashthetics Beauty Supplies will not take any responsibility / accountability for any delays caused by the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
Our goal at Lashthetics Beauty Supplies is to ensure customer satisfaction, thus if you are not satisfied with your product or package please contact us immediately at support@lashthetics.com.au with your order information.
All the supplies sold on Lashthetics Beauty supplies are shipped from a studio in Western Sydney, Australia. Any damaged products/ discrepancies are to be reported within 3 business days upon retrieval of your purchase. Lashthetics Beauty Supplies will not be responsible for any lost or stolen orders. If you are looking to return your order at no fault of our business, then the charges will be covered by the recipient.
If you are looking to return any items, the contents/products must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging and the packaging must be undamaged. Lashthetics beauty Supplies is not at fault i.e if the customer orders the incorrect item(s) - shipping is to be covered by the customer. Refunds will only be issued when products are received and inspected thoroughly by employees at Lashthetics Beauty Supplies.
An exchange of an item is only allowed within 14 days of purchase, items for exchange as aforementioned must be in their original condition. The exchange of items will only be covered if the exchange is a result of our error - otherwise a refund and repurchase is required by the client. Lashthetics Beauty Supplies may request images and further information to assist in resolving any issues.
